Brilliant New Restaurants In Manchester

On Thursday 6th August we went to Brewdog in Manchester, and had some drinks I had two Fritz’s, 1 Rhubarb, 1 lemon. Whilst we had our drinks we played  the wordsearch board game and draughts apart from Daddy who just watched.

Then we went to Burger and Lobster for tea on the third testing day and the Lobsters are in tanks waiting to be cooked.

After it I had a bowl of Eton Mess ice cream with Meringue and strawberry in it and Mummy, Daddy and Georgia had a cheesecake mousse.

  • Lobster Roll
  • Whole Lobster
  • Beef Burger

If I go again I would have a whole Lobster because it will be fun breaking into the claws with a tool like some scissors and a fork to pick the meat out with.

Also I simply adored it there and would love to go again.

Then on Tuesday 25 August we went to Pho (pronounced fuh) a Vietnamese restaurant that uses chopsticks.

Our Starters were Summer rolls and Chicken wings and lettuce. We also had Prawn Crackers and Banana Blossom salad which has starfruit in it.

I ate a Chicken Ca-ri and my drink was apple, mint and lime juice, Georgia had Wok-fried rice with egg and Daddy had some prawn pho (noodle soup) and Mummy had a beef pho.

I loved it there and would have some pho if I go again.

The food is delicious and loads of people should love it especially if you like eating with chopsticks!

You are a very lucky boy Dillon to visit such brilliant restaurants and sample such lovely, exotic and sometimes unusual food.
I would have loved to try all the dishes you tried but the lobster roll looked especially yummy.

Mmmmm Dillon that all sounds yummy! I really like the sound of your Fritz drinks and lobster roll. Uncle Ryan had a whole lobster when we were on holiday in America and it was funny because we didn’t know how to get the meat out at first! The Eton mess looks scrummy!

I can’t wait to read your blogs about your holiday! I am looking forward to hearing all about it. I hope you have had lots of fun! Xxx

I like the sound of all of that food Dillon although if I could only choose one dish it would be the lobster. My Mum, (your Great Grandma who you won’t remember) used to cook lobster a lot when I was younger but I haven’t had any for a long time. Your description and photos have made me want to have some, maybe I’ll have to try that restaurant.

    See you soon. Xxx
